Return & Refund Policy

1. General Return Policy

At Calypso Clothing LLC, customers have the right to return products within 31 calendar days of receipt. The return period begins on the date of delivery to the customer and ends when the product is handed back to the shipping company for return.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. The company may deduct the original shipping costs from the refund.
  • Product Condition: Products must be returned in the same condition as received, including original packaging, tags, and unused. The company reserves the right to:
    • Deduct a fee for wear and tear from the refund if the product shows signs of use or damage.
    • Return the product to the customer at their expense if it fails to meet return requirements.
  • Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
If customers fail to report any issues in writing (via email) within the 31-day period, the sale is considered final, and the right to return or refund is forfeited.

2. Defective or Incorrect Products

If the product is defective, damaged, or incomplete, customers have the right to report the issue within 31 calendar days of receipt.
  • Return Shipping Costs: For defective or incorrect items, the company will reimburse the product cost and return shipping charges (proof of payment required).
  • Refund Timeline: Refunds for defective products will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the return and verifying the defect.
  • Replacement: Missing or defective items will be replaced free of charge within 3 business days of the complaint.
If issues are not reported within the specified timeframe, the sale is considered final, and no return or refund will be accepted.

3. Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: Orders canceled before shipping will be refunded in full.
  • After Shipment (Before Delivery): If an order is canceled after it has been shipped but before delivery, the customer must refuse the package. Refunds will exclude shipping costs.
  • After Delivery: If an order is canceled after delivery, the customer must return the item(s) at their expense within 5 calendar days. Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
If the customer does not return the product after delivery, the sale is considered final, and no refund will be issued.

4. Damaged Packages or Missing Items

  • Damaged Packages: If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery:
    • Note “Package Damaged” when signing for the delivery.
    • Refuse the package if the damage is significant and notify us immediately.
  • Missing Items: Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report missing items.

5. Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund, returned products must:
  • Be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging.
  • Not show signs of assembly, use, or modification.

6. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be made directly to the original payment method.
  • The company does not issue refunds unless the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Refunds for shipping costs incurred during the original delivery are not provided.
