Delivery Rules

  • Initial Delivery Costs: The company covers the shipping costs for the initial delivery. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Refunds for return shipping costs are not available under any circumstances, and the customer agrees to this policy upon placing an order.
  • Order Cancellation:
    • Orders can be canceled for a full refund before a tracking number is issued via email.
    • If a tracking number has already been issued, cancellations will only refund the product cost, excluding shipping fees. Refunds will be processed after the company receives the returned product.
  • Order Tracking: Customers will receive a tracking number to monitor their shipment. No signature is required upon receipt, but the delivery company is authorized to photograph the product at the delivery location as proof of delivery.
  • Disputes on Delivery:
    • If a delivery dispute arises, the company will initiate an investigation with the shipping provider. The investigation results will be final.
      • If non-delivery is confirmed, the company will either resend the product at no cost or provide a full refund (including product and shipping costs).
      • If delivery is confirmed, no refund or replacement will be offered.
  • Damages Upon Delivery: Customers must report any damages during delivery immediately with photographic evidence sent to the company’s designated email address.
  • Damaged Product Returns:
    • Damaged products must be returned within 10 days of delivery to qualify for a free replacement.

All Major Shipping Companies Ground drop off shipments do not require any inspection. All other shipments which require delivery appointment need to be Inspected at the time of delivery. If the product is defective or damaged, it will be replaced at no extra charge. The “Per Item” cost depends on the item, and is based on the quantity of items, the weight, or volume (referred to as the dimensional weight) of each package. The table below shows the base “Per Total Packet” rate used as a minimum for shipping. Rates increase, or vary, from the base rate depending on the items in the cart. Exact delivery charges are calculated at the time of checkout based on the number of items, item type, weight, and volume of all the items in the cart. When shipping internationally, there are different delivery speed options available during checkout, typically Standard, Priority and Express.
